Pam McClintock
I have been involved in the sport of dogs for 40 years. I breed Bullmastiffs and French Bulldogs. As a professional handler I have handled BIS and BPIS dogs in all 7 groups as well as many specialty winners in various breeds. Through the years I have been involved with a kennel club at the executive level as well as directing the Canadian Professional Handlers Association as president. I have taught handling classes for numerous clubs both here and in the US. I have conducted private handling seminars and currently I teach weekly handling classes throughout the year. Information about my classes can be obtained at www.pamshandlingclasses.com As an amateur writer, I wrote a weekly dog column for the better part of 11 years for a local newspaper with a large circulation and I was the primary columnist for ‘Champions’ magazine until it’s retirement. I have been published in several dog magazines including the beautiful ‘The World of Bullmastiffs’ printed in the Netherlands, Modern Molosser, the ABA Bulletin and the Bullmastiff Fancier. I currently have three books that I have written that are available for dog fanciers: The Bullmastiff, The French Bulldog, and Show Handling (learning the art of exhibiting your own dog). I enjoy judging and have judged all breed puppy sweepstakes as well as being privileged to judge puppy and veteran sweeps and futurity at Bullmastiff specialties in Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Louisiana and Surrey, BC, these last two being National specialties. I am a life member of the CKC and longtime member of the American Bullmastiff Association. .
